~Happy Thanksgiving~

We are having a low key Thanksgiving this year with just my Mom and Dad coming to dinner.  I have to admit I enjoy hosting smaller groups so that I can set the table and have a place for everyone to sit around the table and be able to visit.

This year I used the burlap tablecloth I got at World Market last Summer with some of my brown transferware dishes.  Enjoy!  xoxo K.

My Dad has been an avid rock collector since he retired and I was thrilled to receive these rock coasters from him recently which I will be using on the table.

I went with a simple centerpiece using a cutting board with a flower arrangement of leaves and daisies along with a couple candles.

I also wanted to share the stock that I put in my trophy on the table in my kitchen.  It smells heavenly and whenever I'm close to trader Joes, I have to run in and buy some...they have such a great variety of flowers to choose from.

  9. I absolutely LOVE Trader Joe flowers. And stocks are among my favorite. I love the server with the clock above it. Your home always looks great. Enjoy your kids and your folks and have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

  33. Your table looks so pretty. I too enjoy just a small group.. and always simple. Your burlap is SO pretty. I'm always torn as to whether to use burlap or linen. Both gorgeous textiles.
