~White Wednesday # 136~

Well the snow is all gone and we survived all the flooding, but it's still dreary and wet.  Typical weather in the PNW...unfortunately!  I found a white sheer ruffled curtain panel at the Goodwill last time I was in and decided to put it in the window behind my clawfoot tub in my bathroom to let more light in on these dark winter days.

I also found a few old apothacary bottles at a local store recently.  I just love these old bottles, don't you?  The labels on them are still in great condition with a wonderful patina.  These will be added to my collection on a shelf (as soon as the walls get painted and the shelf is hung).  Enjoy!  xoxo K.

My camera isn't working correctly and I'm going to need to send it back, so I will be without one until I can get a new one.  Between that and getting ready for the Junk Salvation Show, I won't be posting much.  Hopefully I'll have some great photos to share of the show.  Remember you can print the coupon below to get $1 off admission:-)

  3. If I could I would print out that coupon and be at the show in a heart beat! Love your shears. When I was a little girl, Mom always put up pretty criss cross ruffled shears at the front windows in the summer time. :) Thanks so much for hosting WW Kathleen.

  22. That goodwill sheer ruffled curtain is so adorable. Love the jars too Kathleen. Your pictures actually are looking very beautiful, are they with your new camera? I recently got a new camera, (my first DSLR and it's driving me a little nutty, I need a few courses! These are not like the old manual one I used to own back in the 70's! And worse, I don't remember much of what I learned back then anyway!
