~White Wednesday # 43~

That time of the week already? Do any of you feel that way? It seems time is getting away from me lately. I've got Spring and flowers on my mind and was able to get outside and work in my yard some this weekend. That always makes me feel good. Today I've got some photos of white tulips in my favorite brown transferware pitcher. This area is right as you walk in the front door and I love the simplicity of the wood and white. Add in some flowers and a nice welcome into my home. Hopefully you are all able to enjoy some sun and nicer weather. Enjoy! xoxo K.

I also got to have a "fun" day yesterday. Shellagh from Ticking and Toile and I have been trying to meet up at one of my favorite Antique Malls, Monticello for quite a few months now. Well it finally happened and just in time for their Garden show. Wow! It looked amazing. She invited a friend of hers, Kim at White Whispers 2 U and would you belive she only lives a short distance from me. It's a small world. I was so glad she came and both these women were so sweet and I really had a great day. I actually had some time to stop at a couple Goodwill's on the way home and found some more treasures. Maybe if I have time to go through things I'll give you a sneak peek of some of my goodies. It was a much needed day to myself. If any of you are local you have to stop by Monticello's and check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Thanks so much for such a fun time yesterday! It was so great to meet you! And seriously, what an eye you have!! Do you love your galvanized goodies? Love that basket & the buckets.....The cart is on the back patio...didn't work in the living room ~ maybe I just need you to come play in my house!? ;-) But I think I'll enjoy it out there & yes Allie was riding it (standing up!!) before I even got a chance to give her the rundown on not riding it! knew it! smiles ~ too funny.
