Since I've been doing so many posts on silver and white lately, I decided to throw in one about gold accents. I had planned to get this posted last night, but that didin't happen and since I'm going to be gone tomorrow and not able to post with Silver Sunday I decided to do this one tonight. I ended up redoing my mantel from what I had at Christmas with more gold tones and I like how it turned out since I have some other gold items throughout that room. I also have more gold in my bedroom and bathroom. Hope you enjoy! xoxo K.

Very nice, I love the different types of gold and the beautiful globe. I tried to join in on White Wednesday but I was too slow, I did post yesterday about my favourite whites, maybe next week!!!! I really love the wonderful whites you and the other girls have posted about, it is always so enjoyable to read and look at all the pictures!

I always like it when you shake things up a bit and stick an unexpected post in here! :-) Like squeezing a post on Browns inbetween your beautiful whites. And now a Gold sneaking in here on Silver Sunday revelations. It's FUN! Kind of like "HEY!... golds.... sweet!"
ReplyDeleteThanks Kathleen. I enjoyed seeing all the pretties. Glad you share your treasures with us.
Hi Kathleen
ReplyDeleteThe gold is a nice change up... love the old gold. Funny how the popularity of gold and silver changes...right now silver is in but just wait gold will make it's return and when it does I will be prepared :)
Love the shelves and the birdcage!
