~White Wednesday # 28~

Well we've come upon the last Wednesday of 2009. Where does the time go? It's been really fun and has had an amazing turnout. I for one have found so many amzing new blogs and met some wonderful people from this theme. I want to thank all who have participated and those who are consistent followers. It's all of you who have made this a big hit. Looking forward to many more in 2010. I wish all of you much happiness in the New Year.

Today I'm going to end the year with more white holiday decorating around my home. Enjoy! xoxo K.

~Dining Room all Decked Out~

Here are some more photos of my holiday decorating and vignettes this time in my Dining Room. I kept things pretty simple this year compared to some years in the past partly because I got a late start and also as you can tell I already have enough junk everywhere. I think I need to learn the less is more theory. I saved some out for Wednesday's post, so be sure to check back. Enjoy! xoxo K.

~Mantel Makeover~

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas with family and friends. It's always a nice feeling to be done with all the wrapping and baking and actually sit down and relax. It makes me feel good when one of my children opens a gift with that surprised look on their face because they might not have expected it. I'm looking forward to the next week with my children home from school and we can hang out, play games and watch movies. A little down time is much needed around here. I'm even going to make time to read a book and hopefully catch up on all my blogs. Enjoy the rest of your holiday season!

I was happy with the way my mantel turned out this year. I usually keep it the same and just add greens, but this year I changed it up. I'd like to keep it similar to this after the new year, but need to find something to replace all the trees. Any ideas? xoxo K.

~White Wednesday #27~

This Wednesday I'm going to share the tree and some other areas in my bedroom and master bath. This is a gold tree that is in a plant stand and decorated all in white ornaments. I like how it turned out. My statue in the birdcage looks grest with the vintage ornaments, but I couldn't get a good photo. It's much prettier in person. I hope all of you are enjoying this holiday season and find time to relax with family and friends. Enjoy! xoxo K.

~O' Christmas Tree~

I finally finished my decorating yesterday. Just in time, don't you think? I do have all my shopping done and just need to get them all wrapped. For me this is the fun part. This was the first year that my hysband was not in the Christmas tree business, so we decided to get a tree off our property. Let's just say it looks natural. I liked it better before when it just had lights on it and not all the ornaments. There are definetly some major holes here and there and all the presents underneath would help. These are some shots I took yesterday and one through a miorror with just lights on it before all the ornaments.

Now that I'm technically done I'm hoping to have some time over the next week or so to post some of my holiday decorating throughout our home. Believe me, this is just one of the many trees we have this year so stay tuned. Enjoy! xoxo K.
