~WhiteWednesday #6~

~~~white & wonderfully worn~~~
This morning I went around my house and tried to show the details in my surroundings. I feel it really makes a statement in your decorating when you have lots of different textures, patterns, designs and patinas. These were all in shades of white.
Hope everyone is staying cool. We've been averaging 105 for three days now which is a bit warm for us and all my plants. Hope they survive. Have a great Wednesday. Enjoy! xoxo K.
  1. Very nice. I enjoyed all the pictures. I had to restart a new blog site & wanted to comment on it so you would know where I moved to...lols. I had problems with the templates on the other blog & couldn't get any help to restore it. Anyways love all the different looks.
  5. Isn't it fun to search out your own home for it's hidden treasures? You've obviously found many.
  6. Hi Kathleen
    Thanks for stopping by...and glad you visited my studio. When we built it I wanted it to be above the garage, that would have been my first choice but my hubby said there was no way he was hauling antiques up stairs, so I planted as much as I could around it, so it didn't overwhelm my yard.
    Your textures are yummy. Love the white!
  14. Love all the textures, especially the architectural pieces. Then again, I'm very fond of old architectural pieces myself. We've been lucky, I live in Long Beach, CA not far from the coast and we've had wonderful weather. I hope it stays that way!
